Florence Days Parade
This is where we ride our horses, as a club, in the Florence Days Parade. It is a great opportunity to expose your horse to a new environment and experience. We do a warmup ride before the parade which takes us to the final staging area where the parade starts. This gives your horse a chance to slowly acclimate to the parade atmosphere. Please see club emails for more detail about parade attire, meeting place, etc. as this event gets closer.
Also, if you’re not interested in riding your horse but you’d like to participate, we always need volunteers to help on the ground. We also have a club banner that can be carried by foot—it takes 2 people to carry the banner.
